Annual Assessment

The 2025 annual assessment will be $125 and is due January 1st.  As approved at the November 2024 meeting there is also a Special Assessment of $75 for 2025 and it is due with the annual assessment on January 1st.

If you would like to pay your assessment electronically, simply log into Zelle from your bank account and add ColonyofLongmeadow@gmail.com as a payee.  Once set up you can then submit your payment to us with no processing fee.
